Meet The Owners!
Omea Sumneing & Brady Horn
Hi there! We are Omea Sumneing and Brady Horn! We own and operate GrandLine Property Services & Management!
We have been together since 2022, and we began providing lawn care services in 2025 for a family member who needed a few lawns taken care of. We developed a passion for working with properties, and our interest in providing services to the community grew. We took that passion and built GrandLine!
We’ve dedicated ourselves to learning every "why" and "how" of the property industry to ensure our clients receive consistent service that leaves them with peace of mind.
We are here to provide the reliable, high-quality services that property owners in Grand Forks and East Grand Forks deserve, including but not limited to:
- Lawn Maintenance & Snow Removal
- Junk Removal
- Property Management
As a licensed and insured team, we combine our personal passion with professional standards to protect your investment. We are excited to show you the difference GrandLine can make!
